OUR DESIGN PROCESS

At Regas Interiors, we strive first and foremost to keep our clients actively involved in the process. This means setting intentional checkpoints for input and collaboration. While every project is different and the process is tailored to each client, there are some common steps across all project types. The process outlined below is representative only. Timing, order and specifics of each step will be defined and applied on a per-client basis.

INTRODUCTION

  1. Initial client interview to define project goals. Where we learn about each other and what we’re going to do together.

  2. Present project proposal to client. Where the Regas Interiors team maps out expectations and deliverables for the journey ahead.

  3. Finalize contract. Where you take out your checkbook with a smile on your face so we can get our design on.

PROJECT LAUNCH

  1. Collaborate with client to complete initial design study. Where we work together to start refining the vision,

  2. Research options, collect inspiration. Where our team gets inspired and goes pretty-hunting.

  3. Review preliminary concept design with client. Where we look together, laugh together, and agree on a direction together.

DESIGN CONCEPT

  1. Develop detailed scope of work. Where the Regas Interiors team digs in deep and teases out the details.,

  2. Present design plan for client review. Where we share the treasures unearthed from all our digging.

  3. Receive client approval. Where we look for your two thumbs up.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  1. Finalize structural elements and and floor plans. Where we do the more boring-sounding (but important) stuff.

  2. Conduct periodic site visits. Where our team goes to the work to check on the work.

  3. Provide regular client updates. Where we bring you up to speed on all the work we’ve been checking on.

INSTALLATION

  1. Completion and installation of all hard goods and soft goods. Where it all starts coming together,

  2. Continue design reviews and site visits as needed. Where the Regas Interiors team monitors all the final developments.

  3. Continue regular client updates. Where our team reports to you on how well everything is coming together.

FINAL REVEAL

  1. Prepare space for final reveal. Where the excitement builds as the finish line nears.

  2. Conduct walk-through with client. Where you finally get to share our excitement at the finished product.

  3. Finalize project completion. Where we come together and fine tune all the final details.

AFTER THE REVEAL

  1. Send out Post Project Survey for client feedback. Where you let us know if it became everything you’d hoped it would be.
