KIM REGAS is the owner and lead designer of Regas Interiors, a full-service design firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. For over 20 years, Kim has been offering upscale residential design to the greater Atlanta area, as well as to homes throughout the Southeast.
Kim has always felt blessed to share her sense of design with a wide variety of clients with needs ranging from a small beachfront condo in Florida to a 20,000 sf home in Atlanta. She considers it a privilege to have built a thriving business out of personal gifts discovered in college design classes. Kim has always sought to use her work to focus her God-given talents into making a difference in the homes and lives of others. Every new client is an opportunity to transform interior living spaces into deeply personal life spaces, while balancing beauty with a spirit of calm.
Kim’s mission statement for Regas Interiors is: 'To share my vision with clients in a way that brings new life and new meaning to the living spaces of their homes.” Each new project presents the challenge of discovering that client's unique style. Through a collaborative effort inspired and informed by that style, Kim and her team strive to deliver a product that goes above and beyond client expectations. Taking the journey together, Designer and Client create new beauty from the ground up or from existing spaces. The result is a renewed sense of pride in the house the client calls home.

M E E T T H E T E A M
TAYLORGRACE (TG) SMITH joined Regas Interiors in November of 2020. Before joining the team, TG gained valuable industry experience through her position as a Customer Specialist in a well-respected designer showroom. TG holds a BA in Interior Design from Mississippi College. TG serves as Project Manager, involved in design support, client relations, and installations.
“I see being a part of a client project as a gift. What inspires me is understanding the vision of each client, so that by getting to know them, I can fully understand a project to customize it to their individual needs.”
HALEY VISINTAINER is our newest team member, joining Regas Interiors in October of 2022. She brings with her a Residential Interior Design degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta. After graduation, she spent some time as an intern with a local firm. Since joining the team, she has quickly become an integral part of the design process through her skills in the digital space. Haley serves as Design Assistant.

EMILY SABONIS-CHAFEE officially joined the Regas Interiors team in February 2022, though she has been watching Regas Interiors grow and thrive her whole life as the daughter of Owner, Kim Regas. Emily holds a BA in Fine Arts, with a concentration in visual arts, from Georgia College. Emily brings a fresh perspective to the business with her experience with and love for fine art. Emily serves as Office Manager and Art Curator.
