Based in Atlanta with a newly opened office in Charleston, Kim has spent over 25 years designing upscale residences across the Southeast. She fuses her artistic vision with practical experience to focus on the needs and desires of her clients. Meet the Team

TOM SABONIS-CHAFEE | VP, Communications + Operations Tom joined the Regas Interiors team in October 2025. He comes to the team with over thirty years of experience in branding, communications, and marketing—from art direction and creative direction at multiple agencies to Director of Communications at a global ministry. He is thrilled to be applying those skills to Regas Interiors as the business pursues growth in two markets, while retaining its stellar reputation of intentionality and personal focus.

M'KAY GIDLEY PARKER | Junior Designer M’Kay joined the Regas Interiors team in July 2025, bringing technical expertise and a fresh perspective. She holds a BS in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, where she majored in Interior Design. Before joining Regas Interiors, M’Kay gained valuable experience in the Birmingham commercial design market. As Junior Designer at Regas Interiors, M’Kay leads rendering and modeling on all projects, and supports the team in delivering detailed, well-executed interiors.

EMILY GWEN SABONIS-CHAFEE | Office Manager + Art Curator Emily officially joined the Regas Interiors team in February 2022, though she has been watching Regas Interiors grow and thrive her whole life as the daughter of Owner, Kim Regas. Emily holds a BA in Fine Arts, with a concentration in visual arts, from Georgia College. As a painter and photographer, Emily brings additional artistic vision to the business with her experience in, and love for fine art.
